The short version

Serenity Lake Guide currently works without an account. Saved places, planner choices, manager drafts, and simple interaction records are stored in your browser rather than in an application-owned partner database.

The current application does not accept payments, collect signatures, run an OpenAI build, or maintain customer or partner accounts.

Information the guide handles

Trip planning information

The guide can remember saved place identifiers and planner preferences such as pace, season, budget, group, and preferred day shape. These details remain in local browser storage on the device where you made them.

Manager workspace information

The manager prototype can store researched public business-contact fields, official and proposed affiliate destinations, draft offers, readiness checks, workflow notes, and working counters. This information is also device-local. A manager can export it to or import it from a JSON file; exported files are controlled by the person who saves or shares them.

Local interaction records

The guide records a limited event type, related place when applicable, and time on the device so the local manager view can show a working funnel. These are demonstration counters, not server-side analytics and not a record of sales or conversions.

Information not collected through the current application

• No account credentials or profile are requested.
• No card, bank, payment, tax, or payout details are accepted.
• No electronic signature or signed agreement is accepted or verified.
• No prompt or partner website is sent by this app to OpenAI for execution.

How local information is used

Local information is used to restore your saved places and planner choices, prepare an itinerary, keep manager drafts consistent on the same device, and display device-only working counters. It is not currently used to build an advertising profile or sold by the application.

Storage, retention, and your choices

Browser storage can persist after you close the page. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser. Private browsing, browser settings, or a different device may prevent saved information from returning. Manager exports remain wherever you save them until you delete them.

Because the current application does not keep these records in its own server-side database, it cannot retrieve or delete a local copy for you. Clearing the site's browser storage is the direct way to remove it.

External websites and network data

Recommendation, image-credit, resort, and other outbound links open websites operated by third parties. An outbound destination can receive ordinary browser and request information and, when present, referral or affiliate parameters. Its own privacy policy and controls apply after you leave this guide.

Hosting and network providers may also process routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, user agent, request time, and requested page. The current application code does not intentionally copy planner or manager browser storage into an application-owned server database.

Children and sensitive information

This is a general travel-planning guide, not a service directed to children. Do not place children's information, payment credentials, government identifiers, medical details, or other sensitive personal information into manager notes or exported files.

Changes and questions

This notice may change when the guide adds accounts, hosted analytics, payments, signatures, or build integrations. A revised policy should describe those features before they are used.

A dedicated public support address is not configured yet. Until one is published here, direct privacy questions to the project owner through the channel that shared this guide. Do not send passwords, card information, or sensitive personal data.
