Using this site

By using Serenity Lake Guide, you agree to use it lawfully and understand the limits described here. If you do not agree, do not use the guide or its manager prototype.

The guide is provided to help visitors discover Table Rock Lake and Branson-area places and shape a possible itinerary. The manager is a device-local workspace for researching potential relationships and preparing materials for separate review.

Information, availability, and travel decisions

Distances, drive times, prices, hours, schedules, availability, accessibility, age or height rules, weather suitability, and seasonal conditions can change. Search results and suggested itineraries are planning aids, not guarantees. Confirm material details with the destination before traveling or purchasing.

You remain responsible for transportation, supervision, safety, purchases, reservations, and determining whether an activity is appropriate for your group.

External sites and purchases

Most destination links currently lead to official third-party websites. An eligible link may later be replaced by a clearly labeled affiliate link. External operators set their own prices, policies, availability, refund rules, accessibility terms, and privacy practices.

Serenity Lake Guide is not currently the seller of record, does not process payment, and does not issue tickets, packages, passes, merchandise, appointments, coupons, or vouchers. Any current transaction occurs with the external operator under its terms.

Manager prototype and proposed workflows

Manager records, readiness checks, contacts, agreement statuses, offer drafts, calculations, and counters are working notes stored on the device. They are not verified business records, live analytics, signed contracts, payout statements, or tax records.

• The current Create App flow prepares a brief; it does not execute an OpenAI build.
• Website analysis, app deployment, Square payments, and electronic signature are not connected.
• A status, checkmark, percentage, or note in the manager does not bind either party.
• Any commercial arrangement requires a separately reviewed and executed agreement.

Illustrative revenue splits are planning calculations only. Fees, taxes, refunds, payouts, accounting treatment, and legal obligations must be defined in a final agreement and reviewed by qualified advisers.

Content, brands, and images

Business names, trademarks, product names, photographs, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Credits and source links are provided with place details when available. Inclusion does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or an affiliate relationship.

Some partner-media permission and usage terms still require confirmation before broader promotional or app reuse. Do not copy, remove credits from, or redistribute third-party images unless the applicable owner or license permits it.

Responsible use

You may not use the site to:

• Misrepresent a business relationship, offer, approval, or affiliate status.
• Publish an unverified link, coupon, voucher, price, agreement, or contact detail.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or another service.
• Upload unlawful content or sensitive personal, payment, or authentication information.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided on an informational, as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, current, or suitable for a particular trip or business decision. To the extent permitted by law, the project and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the guide, reliance on its content, or activity on an external site.

Nothing here excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are not legal, accounting, or tax advice.

Changes and questions

Features and these terms may change. Material additions—such as accounts, payments, signatures, or hosted build execution—should be accompanied by updated terms and notices.

A dedicated public support address is not configured yet. Until one is published here, direct questions to the project owner through the channel that shared this guide. Branson Media Group is referenced as the project context, not as a promise that any proposed transaction or partnership has been accepted.
